To be eligible to participate, you must be a master’s student in MA1, MA2, or a one-year MSc. All bachelor’s, MBA, CMA (complementary master), or Ph.D. students are not eligible to register.
The subscription fee for the 2017 edition of the HEC Business Game was 35€ per participant.
This fee covered breakfast, lunches, dinners, and drinks throughout the event. Please note, this fee was only applicable to teams that passed the selection round.
In addition, participants of the HEC Business Game were offered accommodation on the HEC Paris campus or discounted prices at a nearby hotel.
You do not have to sit next to one another to take the test. However, you will have to be able to easily communicate with each other during the selection test.

Yes, your laptop will be an essential tool at the HEC Business Game. Each team of two will need at least one laptop between them.

Every case will be introduced beforehand. However, we do encourage you to read about the different topics and companies (As they will be the ones that will provide you with the cases, which will be related to their business) before the event.
